I'm sure the products are nice but beware - if you return something you pay for return shipping +++ the original shipping costs. In my case over $20 for one sweater. Will not buy from them again

I’ve bought many pieces from this company, but I have trouble making sure my pick is the right color for me. I am a 65 yr old, blonde, blue eyed white woman…I almost never see models with that coloring. Their latest catalog had a white woman, with brown hair, on only 7 or 8 pages, out of a 183 page catalog. To me, even if I didn’t have trouble with the colors, it looks racist. Why can’t we see half and half? There are certain colors I cannot wear against pale or beige skin. A company in the business of designing and selling clothing to women should know that. Very unhappy and am thinking of no longer purchasing from them.

I have recently made two expensive orders, returned the first because nothing fit - too big - and the second one, the same problem. I have had to return both. Everything from Poetry feels oversized and big. A size 12 dress felt bigger than a 16! It was huge and so much fabric. And the pants are boxy - roomy in the wrong places - and and plain unflattering. The fabrics are lovely, which is why I'm so sad. Everything looks so great on the tall, lithe models in the catalogue but not so much on a size 10/12, 5'4" person. I won't be ordering anything more from Poetry but I will admire the way their clothes look in the catalogue.

I read reviews on the company before ordering for the first time. I like some of the merchandise. I find the catalog to be very nice. I want to order 6 items from their Autumn/Winter Catalog, which is an investment for me. The unfavorable reviews regarding shipping delays, quality, and being affiliated with an undesirable company has changed my mind about ordering with Poetry Fashion. I'll keep looking.

I have been purchasing Poetry Fashion and Wrap London Clothing for the past 6 years. I have found that although beautiful initially 'out of the box, the linen tops last not even a season. The linen fiber is too delicate even for a cold, delicate wash, air dry. There are other labels of higher quality; don't waste your money.

I'm bewildered. Ordered two sweaters and two shirts in U.S. size 12, and they're so huge I could get lost in them. I'm guessing they're probably 16's, but I really don't know! I'm wondering if it's worth trying to exchange all four items for size 8's and pay the shipping cost, and then find out those aren't the right size either.

I had been getting a catalog for a year. I love the look of almost all of their clothes. I hesitated to purchase any as 99 1/2% of their reviews got poor ratings for clothes and customer service. LaShanda, in customer service, in the Margate Florida facility, which I now believe is closed as the phone number is no longer viable, gave me confidence to try one item. I tried the chunky linen sweater. It arrived damaged. I was able to return it and I was not charged for using the label. They sent another sweater and I really liked it. I washed it by hand, as they suggested, even before I wore it. I laid it flat on a towel. It shrunk and was misshapen and the fibers were very stiff. The style is there and the quality is not. It is also quite expensive for what it is. The good news is I called their number in England and spoke with a Mr. Thomas Higgs. He was very reliable. He told me to return the sweater and that I would get a credit. It took a while, but then again it is international, but I did get the credit. So for customer service they get a good rating. If they had a facility in the United States I might try something else but since they seem to have closed the one here I am reluctant to do any more business with them. If it helps anyone they are what J Jill was when it was terrific, used to be.

Everything in the catalog is just what I would like. Unfortunately, after waiting a year because I was afraid to order anything due to the previous reviews of others, I did order a sweater. It arrived damaged. I did exchange it. This one was fine. You must allow two weeks to receive anything. The bottom line is the quality is not there for the price. I can give a very good review for the customer service I received from LaShanda in customer service. I hesitate to order anything again even though the styles are just what I like.

This clothing would be stunning if you lived in a kibbutz or worked in a sterile robot factory. Depressing uniforms.

Like several others, I'm having delivery issues. My order was stuck in New Jersey for several days (wth?), then made it to York, PA. Now the tracking says "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, York PA, USPS Awaiting Item." It's been that status for 6 days. I live 23 miles south of York. I could've DRIVEN there and back in an hour, but it's just stuck there. They won't tell me who this mysterious "shipping partner" is. Now they want to list my order as "lost in transit." Ridiculous. Poor business management. I had to ASK them to research the package, so now I'm waiting for their response. This cycle seems to happen fairly regularly with US shipments, which is inexcusable. Poetry needs to step up its game on this.

i have literally spent thousands of dollars with PoetryFashion over the past few years. Their clothing is generally of good quality and on-trend; the customer service reps are smarmy, uncooperative and absolutely refuse to let you speak with a supervisor. About anything: "They're busy"; "Submit an email", etc., hoping you'll just give up. Shame on this company. Their prices are high, yet they don't want supervisors to speak with their customers unless the customer jumps through hoops and hopefully just goes away? Will not deal with them again. E-v-e-r.

I ordered an item for a Christmas gift on December 1st. The company claimed deliver would be in 6 business days. After waiting (too long), I tracked the item to Buffalo, NY on December 20th (I live in the Midwest). I was told this was the location they use when items are sent back to the vendor. So without any explanation on why it got returned, they just said "sorry". Then they REFUSED to overnight one to me (or use any other expedited shipping) to fulfill their promise. They did give me a refund, but they still made ZERO effort whatsoever to get the product to me. The refund is the only action on their part which kept me from a one-star review. With so many clothing vendors available online, purchasing anything through Poetry in the future is simply unnecessary. It's a shame...the item seemed to be quite nice, but if they cannot deliver on a promise, the quality of an item becomes moot.
