“Terrible, terrible service! My last order has gone AWOL with no info or updates from Poppy's Picnic when it is due to arrive. And the order before that was delivered to my old address and when I contacted them about it they said they would get back to me, I am still waiting. I am about to contact the credit card company in order to recover the money.”

Hello Fran I am sorry to see that your review is factually inaccurate. Your previous order went to the 'wrong' address because of the payment method you used - you did not change the delivery address associated with that method, therefore there is no fault on our part. Your most recent order was lost in transit by DPD. Immediately we discovered this , we sent you an email offering to replace the lost parcel. You never responded to this email. Now you have contacted us we have been able to send out a replacement order , which we could not do before because you did not respond to our message. Much Kindness Debs and Poppy

“Willow has always been a fussy eater (typical cockapoo). Since trying Poppy’s Picnic Mighty Mince we now have a clean bowl at every meal time. Fingers crossed it continues!”

“Food is really good, it’s the first time my dog has been interested in his food. He is looking for more when he’s finished. I did try him with raw but he wouldn’t eat it until it’s cooked. He does have home made as well as he seems to get bored if I feed him the same thing.”

“We had a foster dog who was reluctant to eat, even the food that came with her. She was always happy to eat chicken that was used as treats, but we wanted a meaty complete dog food. She wasn’t keen on a few other options and so we ordered poppys power balls as they could be cooked or fed raw, and they came in small portions so we could tailor to her. She lives her poppys picnic meals cleaning her plate, and enjoys them cooked the most, and I’m happy as she eats a complete food that is good for her.”

“Our dog loves this food! He's a small border terrier and we've been using Poppy's for almost 6 months now without any problems. We love the convnience of the food having everything that we need for him to thrive, as the raw food has extras as well as vegetables and oils. Delivery is always on time and love that we can have it on subscription so we don't need to worry about it running out.”

“Very poor service two deliveries received completely defrosted and told to refreeze mince whihc is against food standards advice, I am then asked to return items which i can only assume will be sent to another poor pet”

“We recently started feeding our dog Barney Poppy's Picnic as he didn't seem to be enjoying the food we were giving him. We can not believe the difference at meal times! Before his breakfast would sit uneaten until tea time but now it's eaten at breakfast time. He polishes off each meal now. He enjoys his meals raw or cooked. His coat and mood have improved. We would not dream of feeding him anything else and wish we had found it sooner.”
