“I have been ordering from Poppy's Picnic For about 6 months now. My 2 mini schnauzers like the food (I have tried many) and delivery is as stated, overnight if ordered early. I have contacted customer support once, when the courier took the food for an unscheduled trip and they were very professional and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.”

“Seaweed was such a fussy eater, eating a little then leaving it for a while then going back for a little more, sometimes not eating at all. She was even faddy on treats, not food orientated at all which was weird for me having 2 previous boxers who ate like gluttons. We tried raw feeding on our own, but she would never eat any vegetables....did a bit of research, found Poppy's Picnic online, ordered some to see.....UNBELIEVABLE, she now eats like a real dog, scoffing the lot and licking the bowl!! and we are happy she is getting a properly balanced diet that come in easily manageable portions...I recommend Poppy's to every dog owner I meet.”

“Excellent customer service by phone, very professional and friendly. Emails and texts of your delivery date and time of delivery. My dogs love the food, one of my dogs is usually a fussy eater but no longer what with the quality of this product. Thank you so much for helping my dogs be content and eager to eat. Xx”

“My girls are really fussy when it comes to complete meals, but as soon as it arrived and I got home from work they were sniffing at the box and waggling their tails. I opened the box and took the two out on top which were part defrosted given how hot its been - we didn't mind as it meant the girls could try the food quicker! Putting it into their bowls they were all lining up waiting and we fed if part defrosted and they LOVED it! Was gone in seconds! Thank you Poppys Picnic! Will be ordering again for sure! Happy dogs, happy owner”

“I have fed raw for over 20 years and have seen many new products appear on the market! I find some of them have too much bone content or the vegetables are not minced fine enough...also a lot tend to bleed all over the work surface when defrosting, and are really sloppy in consistency ...had none of these issues with Poppy’s Picnic. The customer care team are fantastic too, and really care about feedback. Highly recommend this company and their products...looking forward to their new cat food when it is available. Louise, Sabre & Shardai. Xx”
