“After much research on tiles for my kitchen I eventually found the timbre floor plank tile. Although other much closer places sold it I decided to buy from here. When I rang the customer service was great and my tiles arrived when requested. They have been in my kitchen now for a year. The kids have dropped glasses bowls on them and still no damage. I love them and will be purchasing more for my hallway.”

“I requested sample tiles from Porcelain Superstore over the Christmas period. I was very impressed to receive a personal acknowledgement of my order, and delivery of the samples within only a few days, when so many suppliers had closed for the full two week period. I am now simply waiting for my tiler to confirm the quantity I need before ordering the tiles and look forward to doing so!”

“As yet I've only ordered samples but the speed of service getting them sent to me is fantastic. I have no doubts whatsoever that the service will be just as good when I finally decide which tiles I want. Can I take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding with all the samples I have requested. Very much appreciated!”

“Good website and ability to select samples for us to consider, however badly let down by the courier used who claimed they had delivered when they hadn't and on enquiry back to Porcelain Superstore, they were redelivered dumped by the courier outside the door in a damaged box almost a week late.”

“Staff helpful and efficient and when we needed help with a full size sample they despatched immediately with next day delivery. Placing our order was quick and simple and very happy with service. Tiles look good and our tile fitter told us they were good value for money. Having been a little hesitant to order this type of item from an online supplier (on the grounds that you can't just post item back if unsuitable), I would certainly recommend Porcelain Superstore. Tiles ordered = Timber Oak 15x90cm”

“We experienced an efficient ordering and fast delivery service. Value for money was excellent. The delivery itself was not ideal as we had to wait in for the whole day and have the garage available to accept the palate. When the driver attempted to get the palate off of his lorry he realised it had been put into the lorry sideways so he could not get it off the lorry without assistance from passing men to help turn it round. Just as well they were there otherwise he would not have been able to get it off the lorry.”

“I can't fault the quality/ price profile of the two sets of tiles bought in 2016. My only reservation is that I asked for a precise size for tiles nominally 60x60 cm because of the necessity to achieve an exact fit against another tiled area and explained why I was asking the question, I received feedback that the tiles were precisely the measure given - when we took delivery of the consignment, they were actually 59.7 cm square which necessitated compromises in the laying and an inexact result.”

“The tiles were for both floor and walls in my new kitchen. They look spectacular. They arrived on time, and although some were broken, they were replaced quickly at no cost to me, I had to order extra, as they turned out to be wasteful in my kitchen, it happens, the extras along with the replacement arrived very quickly.”

“After finding these lovely Italian patterned tiles on-line we were a bit worried about using an unknown new Company up North BUT what a wonderful surprise! The tiles are fantastic and the service was excellent-good quick delivery and helpful sales team.The tiles were easy to lay-the tiler loved them and they have been much admired by all the visitors to our Georgian town house down South! Thank you so much- I have recommended you to all our friends....”

“Ordered the shabby brown wood effect planks Great tile. Looks awesome. High quality product. Order short by a few due to the room lay out so required a top up order and porcelain superstore were really helpful and efficient in sending out the required extras.”
