“We have built a new bungalow with underfloor heating, and porcelain floor tiles were recommended. After a fright at the prices averaging £50 sqm in tile shops, we found Porcelain Superstore online. The selection of samples we chose arrived the next day, of comparable quality at half the price. So we placed an order by telephone. The staff were most helpful, and the large order was delivered in two consignments exactly as we were advised. And in perfect condition, not a single broken tile. An excellent service, which we will definitely use again.”

“I absolutely LOVE the tiles. We've had loads of great comments. Great quality. Delivered as promised. My only slight issue is with the cost of delivery: we had to order an extra 14 tiles and were asked to pay another £30 for delivery.”
