“Great looking tiles (the heritage star style) and lovely feel to them. Fairly pricey but did not see any others like them online. Delivery as advised so no issues - only added bonus would have been if they delivered to your door as living in an apartment meant having to make a number of journeys up and down but I understand kirk side only delivery seems to be the norm for most tiling / building shops so overall, still excellent service from order to delivery.”

“I bought my tiles for my kitchen and was a bit unsure about ordering from the Internet but porcelain superstore sent me a sample and there price was good so I decided to buy my tiles from them. They were very helpful and suggested grout to go with them and worked out how much adhesive I would need. My tiles arrived when they said they would and I'm very happy with the quality. I would recommend them and when I need more tiles I will go to them.”

“Bought tiles for the conservatory. I had looked at other companies, but the quality for the price, beat the competition. coupled to the excellent customer service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. So often you do not get the product or service you have paid for, so it is refreshing, when you come across a company, that exels in both.”

“Great service. Very helpful. We ordered some samples first, which came very quickly. When we ordered the tiles, they called up to ask when was the best time to deliver them. Very good quality tiles, and the best price around. Would definitely recommend!”

“Visited the Porcelain superstore in Southport and was helped to find a selection of tiles that we had been looking for. Help was excellent. Ordering was easy on line and the price was easily the most competitive we'd had. After sales support, on grouting options, was first class. We love our Legno Brown floor.”
