“Have had a bathroom floor fitted with quartz midnight tiles. They have given the bathroom a whole new feel. Very classy. The tiles arrived well packaged and in perfect condition and staff at porcelain superstore were very helpful whilst I was choosing tiles.”

“The website is easy to use, we found a few tiles we liked straight away. Placed an order for a few samples and then we made an order for floor ceramic tiles wood effect. They arrived on time, well packaged The best for me is that they are easy to clean. Compare to real wood which i also have in my house the ceramic option is in my opinion very elegant and very practical. Would highly recommend. People still think that we have wooden floor.”

“We have used porcelain superstore on a few occasions. We live in Scotland and would ordinarily use Scottish based firms, but after extensive research I couldn't find a better price elsewhere. I anticipated that there may be problems with it being long distance, however, the transaction was seamless. I had to contact them a few times regarding quantity needed and which products to use with certain tiles. The company were very helpful and staff are knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Our box of mosaic tiles arrived very promptly but unfortunately most of them were broken on arrival. I contacted the company and a new box arrived very swiftly. - no fuss and extremely apologetic. We were extremely pleased with our mosaic tiles and they look stunning in our kitchen.”

“Great selection of small vintage / traditional tiles. I searched far and wide and this company offered best price and best range. Delivery service was also excellent and the tiles arrived Undamaged ! Amazing courier service. We needed another box of tiles because my husband can't count and so reordered . They came the day after! Who is this company I ask? Reliable . Good product . Good price . I'll certainly buy again. Stay calm and carry on- brexit or no brexit! Thanks”

“I ordered porcelain wood-effect tiles for a floor after receiving samples from the company. They were cheaper than I could find similar ones elsewhere and arrived when they were due. They look very good in my kitchen, downstairs hallway and adjoining cloakroom! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Would recommend this company; have used twice now. There were problems with my most recent order that were not down to Porcelain Superstore but they have been able to sort everything out with the minimum of fuss so I will be using them next time I need tiles. Their prices are also incredibly competitive. Thanks very much.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. I rang to ask questions and all my queries were dealt with promptly and they were very helpful. The price for the tiles I requested was very good so overall I was very pleased with my purchase. Delivery was as requested too and I ordered it weeks before I needed it to be delivered but that was no problem with them. Can't recommend them enough.”

“When I tell you that we bothered to travel all the way from our home on the Isle of Wight to visit the showroom at Southport and have now bought THREE times from them it just goes to show how good we think this business is. Choice, service and quality are all second to none. We'll be going back again for sure! A friendly family business that we highly recommend.”

“I think the shipping cost is quite steep when you need to order just a few tiles. My project required extra tiles however £30 to deliver was a tough one to swallow but I had no choice. I ended up over ordering to ensure I didn't have to order for a third time in order to avoid the £30 charge. I ended up with 5 extra Cemento tiles and 11 extra Shabby White tiles which is over £60 worth of tiles so not great really but too expensive to ship back. On a positive note I am very happy with the tiles and bathroom looks great.”

“After much research on tiles for my kitchen I eventually found the timbre floor plank tile. Although other much closer places sold it I decided to buy from here. When I rang the customer service was great and my tiles arrived when requested. They have been in my kitchen now for a year. The kids have dropped glasses bowls on them and still no damage. I love them and will be purchasing more for my hallway.”
