“I needed some old quarry tiles that were not victorian. I found an on-line match, spoke to them and I got a sample to match the day after. The tiles arrived 5 days later. Super helpful staff, brilliant service...will use again.”

“Received our sample tile which helped tremendously when we made our choice. Ordered on Wednesday at 3.30 and had the tiles delivered next day at 10.15. Put them up last week and they look great. Lots of positive comments and have spread your name about.”

“Delivery was prompt and at the time I had expected it, the tiles look great and I'm really pleased with them. They are slightly bevelled which is very subtle and looks good. I would advise buying a few samples to ensure you get exactly the tile you want, as that is what I did.”

“Very disappointed with this company. Very quick to take my money. Extremely poor customer service. Goods did not turn up when they were supposed to. Ring and ring the company and no response at all. I would not recommend this company , absolutely no after sales care at all”

“Ordered some quartz tiles found them a lot cheaper then your high street retailers for the same product, ordering was straight forward and the customer service was spot on, delivered on the day i requested without any issues, would not hesitate in using these guys again, or recommend to others, one very happy customer with a beautiful tiled floor that all admire. “An extremely efficient Company, the order process is easy, slight problem during payment through the website, however I was phoned back first thing the next day by Sam who was very helpful. My Delivery was scheduled for Monday, I hadnt heard from the courier so I called to double check my delivery was taking place, the lady took my number and called me straight back to say it was. Thank you they have just arrived, they look lovely! This is my first time dealing with you I will not hesitate to purchase more tiles from you in the future and also to recommend you as well to others. Susan Gregory”
