“I was happy with the tiles but delivery driver refused to bring them inside and stated it was KERB-SIDE delivery only - which was not made clear when I ordered the tiles. So make sure you have somebody to help if expecting a delivery...”

“I saw the tiles on Pinterest and was over the moon when I found they were from a UK retailer. After placing an order online for only a couple of tiles I thought the delivery charge was quite expensive, only to be called later to be told that they would reduce it for me! The tiles arrived quick and look beautiful. Thank you”

“Having ordered and decided on the colour samples which came immaculately ( and safely) wrapped we put in an order for our kitchen tiles. We could not believe it when they arrived the next mid-morning from the other end of the country all wrapped and in excellent condition. This company does exactly what it says on the tin! Well done!”

“I have been hugely impressed by Porcelain Superstore - both by the range of tiles and ease of the website. The sample arrived promptly, the staff to whom I spoke were helpful and knowledgeable and my delivery arrived within 10 minutes of the estimate arrival time. In future, unless I cannot find what I am looking for, I will certainly not use another company.”
