“I have bought from this shop the flooring tiles and material for nearly all my home. The quality of the tiles (by Ragno produced in Italy) is brilliant so is the ancillary material, e.g. grout and adhesive. They were punctual and flexible and gave me good deals at every purchase. I am really happy with my floor. Thanks!”

“Beautiful tiles, arrived soon after my order was placed. I did need to communicate with the company as there were some broken tiles. (They use a 3rd party delivery company) They responded very quickly and have sorted a refund out, overall great customer relations and the tiles look fabulous. I wasn't able to get thes particular ones anywhere else. Definitely recommend. Many thanks again!”

“We have been massively impressed with the quality of the tiles. We have moved into the recently renovated house and all the guests who has been to our house so far has been awed by the looks of these tiles. Some people thought its real wood. It gives the whole place a real rustic feel. Well recommended. Thank you very much for the lovely service.”

Best thing though was that this job proved trickier than expected so my wastage was higher than usual leaving me ten tiles short. That's about £7 worth of tile but the delivery charge is the is the industry standard thirty quid. I asked if they could do anything and they very kindly sorted an alternative courier for ten quid. They are the only stockists for our tile in the UK so had us over a barrel but still did the good thing. I had to call them to pay for the order, which was fine, but they were engaged; amazingly Ben spotted my missed calls and called me back within five minutes. Really sharp and professional service and the sort of support you really need and want on a project.”

“Avoid this company. Should have known it would be hard work dealing with them since they don't make it easy to find a phone number for them and when you do call there's no answer. Placed an order for next day delivery... Took the day off work and no one showed. Called them and surprisingly someone answered and there was no apologies just a promise that they would arrive the best day. Cancelled my plans to wait in a second day and again no-one showed and no answer to my many calls and emails. Disgusting service.”

Our customer service team were only passing on the information which they were told from the delivery company at the time.
