“Very good selection of tiles at competitive prices. Fast delivery - plus good customer service. I needed to make changes to my order and add some tiles and reduce others - I called them up and the order was amended and I got what I wanted. Thanks”

“sales line requesting samples etc very helpful tiles photographed accurately delivery very very poor. I called after ordering to try and see when it was being delivered but couldn't get a date or time and ended up being delivered when I was out and just left on my driveway. delivery driver damaged my hedge and my driveway was left with lots of broken tiles all over (not from my batch but obviously from bottom on inside of truck, luckily I didn't get a puncher when I pulled in. I emailed my complaint with supporting photographs but never even got a reply.”

“Tiles look amazing, very good value for money, will certainly use this company again. We are in the bathroom business so recognise quality & good service. I purchased the Cemento Mid Grey 30cm x 60cm and Cemento light Grey 30cm x 60cm in my house bathroom as seen in the attached photo.”

“There was a problem with a small order I placed with some tiles being damaged. It took a couple of days to get through on the phone to let Porcelain Superstore know - but as soon as I got through to someone in their office they were extremely efficient and rectified the problem straight away which meant the bathroom installation could go through as planned - very happy overall that they sorted things out so quickly. Would definitely use again.”

“I all started with the samples. I ordered a few as we couldn't decide. they came the next day,which is superb as we live on a Scottish island. once chosen, we phoned about coverage etc, and Porcelain Supperstore gave us a great price as we were flooring the complete house. They arrived safely and we couldn't have asked for a better service. we will use again and recommend thank you”

“What a great company to deal with. Tile ranges were extensive and we ordered a number of samples, all delivered promptly. When it came to receiving the delivery of our chosen tiles, unfortunately a number of one lot of tiles were broken. (Fault of the delivery company I suspect). We immediately contacted Porcelain Warehouse and sent photos of the broken tiles. They responded immediately and arranged for replacement tiles to be delivered very quickly. I feel that this company really cares about quality and customer service; they have shown a real interest by way of requesting a photo of the finished ensuite. Would highly recommend, and promuse that the photo of the almost completed ensuite is forthcoming.”

“Excellent standard of tiles, very affordable modern Victorian tiles, work very well in both bathtoom and en suite, we even used the spare ones to manufacture some bespoke cheeseboards and coasters. Would reccomend. Thanks and will be using again when needed!”

“The ordering was simply and very good, but we did have an issue with the delivery; communication with Porcelain Store and the currier company, the delivery date and delivery address was written down incorrectly by the currier. Thankfully I didn't have to take a day off work for this error. Maybe there should be some sort of checking procedure in place to iron out these simple errors.”

“Very helpful service. Tiles delivered on the date requested and with a small delivery window which was very helpful! the store has the nicest tiles I have ever come across and their sample service is second to none! All the tiles look superb now in situ and admired by all my friends! I will always come back to this store for my tiles and my 2 daughters now want the Heritage star also!”
