“Excellent stocking levels & quick deliveries”

“Ordered a couple of items which arrived as promised but the packaging on one of items was very poor. A tree lopper which is obviously going to be difficult to package so an additional fee was charged for post and packaging. However the packaging was just some shrink wrap around either end, nothing protecting the middle. No bubble wrap had been used to protect it which meant the handle and been damaged in transit and a small dent in the pole as it rattled around the couriers van. Both only cosmetic which won't affect its operation but just a bit poor, especially when you are charged extra for the long item.”

“Would have given 5 stars if their communication with me regarding my order had been clearer. In the end I paid for a delivery service if 48 hrs and it took more like 480 hrs. Their explanation - they were waiting for an item to arrive at their warehouse. My advice, they should indicate whether the item is in/out of stock.”
