“I was drawn to this particular site after my go to (Amazon) in comparison was twice as expensive. Admittedly I was slightly skeptical before placing my order as to whether or not my orders would arrive at all, however you can imagine my genuine surprise when I found a DHL parcel waiting at my door. After my experience with Power tools direct I can wholeheartedly endorse them without any hesitation thanks to their lower prices compared against other high street and online retailers and speedy 1 delivery.”

“order placed via Pay Pal on 28th Feb.,Delivery promised on 4th March.I emailed on 7th March to say that the item had not been deliverd and no tracking number issued.I received an email apologising on 9th March,and the item was delivered on the same day (with new delivery date of 9th march!)”
