“To anyone else buying a steama be prepared for a large box with lots of loose items rattling around in it. Packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Other steama's come compact and store-able.”

“First time that I have ever used Power Tools Direct and would not hesitate to use them again. Amazing service, from ordering to very speedy delivery. If all firms were like this wouldn't life be so much better...unfortunately they are not all anywhere near as good as this ! Keep up the good work and forgot to say your prices are brilliant too. Thank you. Never mind 5 stars, you deserve 6 or more. You even answered my query by e-mail nearly immediately!”
