“I’m very impressed with how similar the practice tests seem to the actual SAT. Every practice for the homework was aimed to improve each aspect for skills needed on the test and the class was very focused. Miguel Chavira did a wonderful job of explaining the answers to questions when going over them in class and made confusing problems much more clear.”

“I really learned a lot from the class. I had instructor David Hill, and he gave some very helpful tips on top of the lecture. Any questions that we had, he always answered. The tips and strategies provided helped a lot, especially when I was practicing. If I wouldn’t have known about these strategies, I would have gotten so many more wrong. Also, the homework was sensible and beneficial to be successful. I feel really prepped going into my PSAT!”

“My teacher was Ilia Kolmagorov, and even after a long day at school he still kept me wide awake and intrigued until 9 pm. He makes jokes (some are corny, and others are stand up comedian level), teaches in a very simplistic way, and is always ready to help. I fully believe that because of him I will get my dream score”

“I had Miguel Chavira as my instructor. He was awesome, great at explaining both the math and english part. He never made anyone feel bad for asking to go back and review something. The course itself was very informative. I learned a lot, especially from the practice tests. The homework truly helped me review what I learned from the class. Overall, great instructor and course.”

“I just can't praise enough how my experience has been so far with Prep Expert, especially with Nirmal Karthik. From day one of class, his passion to teach resonated, as did his commitment to the students. I was rather overwhelmed and uncertain going into this course, and through Nirmal's supportive approach, I regained my confidence in no time. The structure of the course was very clear and well-balanced regarding teaching the subject matter, practice tests, and homework assignments. The practice tests were priceless; they used simulated actual test conditions and allowed me to ascertain where my strengths and weaknesses lay. Each successive test acted as a stepping stone by which I could track my progress and build my skills with regard to taking this test. Nirmal took the pain to go through my homework assignments, explain elusive concepts, and made sure things that were taught got across. For this personal touch, what could have been a very harrowing experience turned out to be quite friendly. Studying was enjoyable in this class because of the camaraderie, and I will truly miss the friends made along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Prep Expert to anyone who wants to raise test-taking skills and find a mentor that truly cares about the success of the student!”

“My instructors were Miguel Chavira and Taylor Trautwein they were great in explaining each concept slowly and thoroughly, helping go through the homework and making sure the class understood it, I also liked how in the last week they gave us tips and advice on each of the concepts. This class was great and definitely helped me better my score, feel more confident in standardized testing, and being able to use the concepts in my classes at school. This was a great class and I am very grateful for the instructors.”

“Prep Expert introduces extremely helpful strategies that align exactly with the real DSAT format and questions. Miguel and Taylor were very engaging, informative, and were always happy to answer any questions or doubts I had. Miguel explained every detail so well that it was easy to understand, and he also helped motivate me to put in 100% effort. I really liked how there were numerous examples of each strategy, so you could really understand and build habits of each one to improve your score by a lot. Prep Expert made me so much more confident not only in taking the SAT, but also applying to other tests and even in life generally.”

“I thought that this Prep Expert course was very helpful. I was able to improve my score from a 1050 to a 1400 and saw major improvements in both sections. “Suzu helped me a lot based on what I needed to work on from the August sat. She took me through all the specific sectors of the Information and Ideas section which is what I struggled with on the test. She gave me tips like reading the passages sentence by sentence to comprehend better, and by looking at the specifics of the answer choices to find errors, and both of these helped a lot.”
