“The ACT Prep course (taught by Ilia Kolmagorov) is rigorous but helpful. Expect it to take up at least 13-15 hours a week for the 6 weeks it takes. The small breaks given during the Zoom meetings are helpful.”

“I had Tessa Gebert for my instructor. She was incredibly kind and patient, and worked through the problems our class needed help on, while also thoroughly explaining why certain answer choices were incorrect vs. correct. She emphasized the use of the PrepExpert strategies, making sure we as students understood the importance of practice of these strategies in order to improve our score. However, while explaining a few problems in the math section, she would sometimes get confused when solving the problem, which ended up confusing some of us, but she eventually solved through it and clarified her mistakes.”

“My instructor was Tessa Gebert, she was a really great instructor. I think this course was super helpful and I really appreciated the flexibility with it, because this course really acknowledge that people have other things going on so I enjoyed its adaptability.”

“My instructor was Tessa Gebert. She did a great job walking everyone through practice problems and making sure we were paying attention. The workload was tough to manage during school which sometimes made it difficult to keep up.”

“This was a good resource to study for the ACT and get used to the practice test. My only flaw was that there was a lot of homework to complete and it was a little overwhelming. My instructor Isabella Raicu was amazing though.”

“I had Olivia Owens and she was a genuine person but the main reason I got knowledge from this course was through mainly my homework and the practice tests, but going other those said tests in class helped increase my understanding in what I had done wrong.”

“PrepExpert taught me various strategies to succeed in the reading and math sections, and it really helped me because I got to see more efficient ways to complete the questions and get a higher amount of questions correct. My instructor was Ms. Owens, and I also had Mr. Patel for a few days. They both helped me a lot and were good instructors.”

“I have been in the course for 6 weeks under Ilia Kolmagorov, he is a bit of a fast paced teacher but his teaching style is great and he covers good amounts of info every class. I would recommend this to anyone struggling with SAT.”
