“The course is expensive, but we got lots of resources to help us improve our SAT score. The 200 point guarantee is awesome not only because you get your money back if u don't get but also because it shows that Prep Expert is confident enough to promise all of their students a 200 point increase. I learned lots from this class, but it was very long and a lot of work. I started to loose increase and motivation towards the last couple classes, but not because of Clay. Clay was an amazing instructor who was really funny and delivered the material really well. The class does require a loooooot of printing which can be expensive if u don't have access to a printer, and even then it gets expensive. The essay graders were pretty harsh too, but the template is really helpful. Many of the approaches and techniques are really useful and definitely worked.”

“This class has been extremely helpful especially in the Reading passage. Clay Clooper, my instructor, has taught me how to effectively use an approach that cuts down the amount of time I need to complete the Reading passage. Honestly, I had trouble with it at first and I'm still improving with the method, but I know that it would benefit me on the real SAT. If this class was so amazing, why four stars? One star off because of the amount of homework that's in the course. It was hard for me to manage my time to do the homework and take the practice tests because I'm a junior in high school with a bunch of AP classes. Overall, this prep class has been extremely helpful, but just be ready for the amount of work that you have to put in.”

“I had Clay as an instructor and he was pretty epic. Some of the grading systems, especially for the essays seemed pretty backward in terms of consistency. Obviously, the content matter makes the class inherently boring but Clay does his best to keep participants engaged. Overall, I feel much more confident in my ability to do well on the SAT.”

“Clay Cooper was my instructor and Adam and Miguel were great TA's; I thought his teaching style was really engaging and the tips he gave were definitely great. However, the class is A LOT of work! It was difficult to keep on top of it. One thing I felt the class skimped on a little bit was the essay, although there were good resources for that in the provided books. Overall a good course.”

“I felt as though the class taught me usefull techniques for the SAT and the practice and homework tests helped me to improve upon my score. However, I felt as though the host, Clay Cooper, went a bit fast during class and it was a bit hard to follow him at times. Other than that the class was enjoyable and I learned alot.”

“I really liked having Clay Cooper as my instructor, he was very straight forward with what to do and what not to do. Besides the large amount of annoying homework it was great. I noticed myself getting less reading questions wrong which was really my weak point. Thanks.”

“My instructor was Amberly Wang. I really liked how she taught and reviewed our questions every class and she was very nice and organized. However, I am giving this course 4/5 stars because sometimes my answer sheets would mark questions wrong even if they were right and this would lower my score. The course as a whole, however, has taught me a lot and the strategies are very helpful.”

“My instructor was Olivia Owens. She was very helpful and is adamant about making sure content is understood. She teaches everything well and after her instruction I execute things much better. This course is very rigorous, but if you put the time in, it seems like it will be worth it. This class will be helpful for anyone who puts the effort in. A lot of work is required outside of the class.”
