“Kevin Parrish is an amazing teacher and helped me prepare a TON for the SAT. I greatly appreciate his time and commitment to all of the students, and trying to help everyone improve as much as possible. He is very responsive via email, during office hours, etc. and it helps me, and others improve significantly. Starting out, I took had taken 1 SAT test before this class and missed numerous reading/writing questions, and even though I only missed 1 on math, I got a 1340. With Kevin's expert teaching and questions specifically focused to help people improve on their weaknesses, I was already able to improve my overall score by almost 200 points throughout this course and plan to really focus on the little things I can still improve. Kevin is overall an amazing instructor and made the whole experience very energetic and exciting.”

“To start off, as soon as I joined Mr. Parrish's class I felt like I was in the right class surrounded with the best instructor and peers. From the first class, the class was so chatty and interactive which made it an even easier environment to efficiently learn in. I would typically think of tutoring to be boring, but as soon as I entered the class I just knew that I would be in a great learning space. Specifically, Mr. Parrish wasn't just a tutor to me, he felt more like a friend I was learning from. This is because it was easy to connect with Mr. Parrish and he made sure we were locked in when we needed to be, all in the kindest ways possible. I was unsure of joining PrepExpert at first, but I am extremely glad that me and a couple of my friends made the decision to join because it led me to learn tons of new things that will be greatly helpful on my SAT journey. The peers I had were very helpful too, we all clicked from the first class and were a great group of classmates as we now shared our personal information and hope to keep the connections forever. Mr. Parrish went as far as telling us that he would answer our emails even after the class ends, which made me very happy because I am taking the October SAT and having insight closer to my exam from a professional would be amazing. I saw many improvements in my 10th grade PSAT score to my PrepExpert practice test, this made me feel motivated to learn and showed me the effectiveness of taking a SAT course with PrepExpert. I personally felt the course was very educational, fun, and well-taught because of how it served as great learning. One key thing to wanting to learn, is having a great tutor. I was skeptical about joining PrepExpert before I joined because it was online and I felt that I wouldn't feel like wanting to learn, but when I actually took a few classes I learned that this wasn't the case and that learning online is as effective as in-person, if you have a great learning environment.”

“Prep Expert was a great way to study for the SAT. The entire course was very well planned and structured. My instructor Kevin worked very hard and even searched the entire College Board so he could put forth the most optimal practice. He put together a hard math quiz every week to help us master the math section. Along with this he gave us his email which I believe was very kind, and he always gave very thorough and detailed answers to my question via email, even outside of the course hrs. Aside from the course, Prep expert was very helpful in the process of signing up with an extremely helpful support team. I believe Prep Expert is the way to go in SAT studying and would recommend them to anyone looking for a structured SAT course with fantastic instructors.”

“My teacher is Kevin Parrish, and he was one of the best teachers I have had. Even as an online class with over 50 people taking the course, he made the course engaging and fun with his enthusiastic attitude every week. My score improve 300 points over the 8 week capstone course. Mr. Parrish even met with me outside of the class 1 on 1 just to make sure I was feeling confident in the Reading and Writing section which I felt was my weakest section. I really appreciate Mr.Parrish for everything that he taught me!”

“Mr. Kolmogorov was a very kind and fun instructor who kept the class interesting and helped answer all my questions. Since then, I’ve jumped from a 1250 to 1510 on my last practice test! He works through all the problems and shows us in careful steps so we all understand. He cares about the wellbeing of all of us and makes sure to add in a joke whenever he can! “My instructor was Ilia Kolmagorov. My score significantly improved over 300 points, from the prep expert, and blue book practice tests. Ilia was an outstanding, and funny instructor. He always kept me engaged with the lessons and he gave great advice, for the SAT, and steps about the college application process. Additionally, my favorite part about each class were the strategies that I learned for math, reading, and writing. These strategies helped me to improve my score, and gave me further insight into the SAT, in terms of approaching different topics. “My instructor was Ilia Kolmagorov, and he was a really good teacher these past 8 weeks! He was able to engage the class very well despite the lack of interaction with students over the Zoom webinar. Although the classes are pretty long (3 hours two days a week!), Ilia was able to keep the class interesting with his fun humor. Apart from this, he was great at explaining all the SAT content, from Math to English. His process of working through every question was so helpful and definitely helped all of us to understand better. I enrolled in Prep Expert's All-Access Plan because I needed help to improve my SAT score. Since I aspire to attend one of the prestigious United States Service Academies, I will need a very competitive SAT score. My first score was a 1340 on the paper SAT last year but on my first Digital SAT, I got a 1420! The next one after that...I got the exact same score, 1420, even after studying on my own for weeks. That's when I realized I needed professional tutoring, and my parents signed me up for Prep Expert. On all my SATs, my English score was in the mid-700s, but my Math score was much worse. No matter what I tried, I could not get past 700 on the Math section, even on Bluebook practice tests. My biggest problem was the hard math questions at the end of Module 2. That's why when I started this program 8 weeks ago, my focus was more on my Math, not really on my English. However, in the past 8 weeks, my total score has improved significantly, both in the Math and English sections! One of the most helpful parts of the Prep Expert strategy is the repetition of many, many practice problems. This made me much better on the practice tests. As part of the homework every week, I had to take a full-length SAT practice test. Because of everything I had cumulatively learned from my classes and homework, my scores on the practice tests went up every week. I even got a 1590 on one of them!!! As I said before, my main focus was to improve Math, but through the program, my English score automatically went up too! Lately, I've been consistently getting perfect scores on the Math section on the practice tests. I think the biggest reason for this improvement was completing Prep Expert's Hard Math Quizzes for homework before every class. These are compilations of the hardest SAT Math questions, and they really helped me get better at the hard questions that I struggled with. I will be taking the SAT later this month and due to the help from Prep Expert, I hope that it will be my last time taking it, hopefully scoring at least a 1550! Thank you to all the people behind this program and a BIG BIG thank you to my amazing instructor Ilia!!!”

“ILIA KOLMAGOROV. HE IS THE BEST!!!!! HES SO FUNNY AND CHARMING THAT YOU CANT HELP BUT WANT TO LEARN. He is such a good teacher. Very calm and patient, yet hilarious. I loved the 8 week class so much that I already recommended prep expert to a friend!! He is actually the best teacher I've ever had. This might have been the most enjoyable class I've ever been in, not going to lie. GET THIS MAN A RAISE. Ilia is such an absolute wonderful person to spend 6 hours of my weekend with. I really enjoyed this. This 8 week class has been long but it was so enjoyable because of Ilia. My score improved around 300 points!!! I give all the credit to my teacher, Ilia Kolmagorov. He is very patient and understanding when students are confused and it is very reassuring. Prep Expert inspired me to be the best version of myself. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE!!!!!!!!
