I order socks for my husband birthday. Well, terrible quality of the material. For this price I expected really good quality. I was disappointed and I will definitely not order anything more from this site. I strongly advise against

Sorry for the score but very disappointed that the product I ordered was cancelled and refunded as you do not ship to Northern Ireland.. However if I ordered personalised items you would... very strange

I was really disappointed with my order, it’s the first time I’ve ordered from you, I think it will be the last! I ordered a cushion, the colouring is very dark making half my dog look a dirty grey and some of the message is missing this was meant to be given as a present now all it’s fit for is the bin

Ordered birthday gifts email received to say a delivery date only to find one item delivered on birthday a pair of socks ! No notification and 2nd parcel to be delivered up to 10 days later it did eventually arrive later that day but that was more luck than anything I won’t order again very disappointed

Very very unhappy. I placed an order and paid an extra amount for a specific delivery to arrive on a birthday. The items never arrived. Contacted Hermes who were apparently dealing with the delivery- no reply whatsoever from them. Disgraceful service which has left me out of pocket and embarrassed so hank you

The product looked like a reject was used. The engraved wood surround was chipped along one edge, and part of the veneer on one corner was a different colour. Very disappointed to have to use this as a special present for my son, but no time to get a replacement. I will never be tempted to use this company again.

Paid £10 for next day delivery on Tuesday afternoon, it’s now Sunday still not arrived. Unsatisfied to say the least and will never be using again, items was a gift for birthday but that’s now been missed ive been unable to make contact no answer
