My order was duplicated...as a result I was charged twice. All attempts to communicate with you were thwated. The deliverer used the recipient''s name instead of mine when sending messages. My request for an explanation remains unanswered.

I had ordered a really nice set for a birthday and when finalising the order there was no information saying that it cannot be shipped to where I am due to it not being a personalised product which makes no sense.

Order cancelled and refunded due to the fact that item could not be delivered to Northern Ireland. Luckily I was able to source the product elsewhere

i ordered the gift from Australia for someone in the UK using Paypal. I completed the recipient's postal address, no email address was asked for. There was no facility to include a message with the gift. We received an email advising delivery. We then received and email addressed to us, thanking the intended recipient for ordering the gift and incorporating a link for an e-ticket for the gift. I sent an email of complaint about the process - I assume the intended recipient has still not received the gift. I asked for an explanation and/or refund. I've not even received the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Next thing, we receive an auto-email asking us to rate our experience. Two words - 'woefully inept' Still waiting on refund and apology. Third word - 'hopeless' Ab

Ordered the items for ab occasion on Saturday. Paid extra for express delivery for it not to arrive when a simple first class post would have. Very blunt and u proffesional response from customer services

Very disappointed as this was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, it's now Monday and still not delivered. This was for a birthday. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew this would not be delivered.

Not heard a thing from then. Placed an order last week, paid extra for Saturday delivery. So far the item has not been delivered. Im not impressed and wont be using them again
