Ordered the items for ab occasion on Saturday. Paid extra for express delivery for it not to arrive when a simple first class post would have. Very blunt and u proffesional response from customer services

The cup I ordered arrived with a broken handle. I am very unhappy at the service. It clearly was not wrapped well enough.

Very disappointed as this was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, it's now Monday and still not delivered. This was for a birthday. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew this would not be delivered.

Not heard a thing from then. Placed an order last week, paid extra for Saturday delivery. So far the item has not been delivered. Im not impressed and wont be using them again

I paid an extra £3.66 for this order to be delivered on Thursday 1st, and it has still not been delivered! It is 19.28 on 3rd! This is very poor service and for me embarrassing as this was a gift to my daughter.

Hi,I'm actually very disappointed with this product that arrived today:-( I bought it as a present for my friend and firstly it wasn't packed in any box,package with the explanation on it what is it,what tools are in the,what can be used for etc..and main thing because it wasn't properly packed it has arrived with many scratches so it cannot be used as present now:-( I would like to return this over to you but not sure if this possible???

I wasn’t warned when I placed my order that you can’t deliver to NI. An improvement suggestion could be full disclosure of your limitations. Brexit has been about for a while, it’s hardly a new thing so why keep this a secret when you clearly know I will need it delivered to NI. Thankyou

You should have a word with your delivery people. This was a present for my grandson and was left IN the dustbin. His mother had waited in all day and no-one knocked the door with the parcel. Not very good, am totally unimpressed.

Rubbish. Took order but then realised later that they don't deliver to Northern Ireland rather than flagging this at checkout! Cancelled my order, forcing me to go elsewhere (Amazon had something similar and managed to deliver just fine) and then sent me an auto-request for a review. V poor indeed!

I asked for a pink led light and I got blue disappointed I write it clear on the delivery note. Considering I paid for next day delivery I didn’t get what I asked for.

Diamond glass set is very plastic looking and lightweight. Not glass as you would expect. Poor made in China quality, would be embarrassed to give this as a gift!
