I’m very disappointed with item I received which is completely different colour to what I ordered. I ordered white lantern, but I got black which is very disappointing . That’s t why I rated very poor.

Unable to rate the actual gift as it never arrived. A replacement was offered 13 days after the original order was placed and after I had chased several times.

This is more a complaint about Prezzybox choice of delivery partner for standard shipping, than about Prezzybox. I ordered a product as a gift on 7 March. Indicative timing for standard delivery was 1 - 2 working days. I got the notification to say it was coming Weds 10 March and stayed at home to ensure I was home for the courier. However at 1:57pm on Weds 10 March I got a notification that there was an issue with delivering my parcel today and that they'd try again next working day. It's now Sunday and the parcel still says it's at depot and no one at Hermes has responded to my complaint. Prezzybox seems great, but should rethink their use of Hermes...this would stop me purchasing gifts from here again (unless I was getting well in advance of birthday / mother's day) as now this gift is going to be too late...

Ordered 3 items for mother's day on the Wednesday. Told delivery would be Thursday - Saturday. Only one turned up. Won't recommend

I placed the order on Sunday 7 March for a letterbox bottle of wine for my friend's daughter's birthday on Wed March 10th. Delivery said 2/3 days. I received an email from Hermes on Monday 8th advising that they were expecting my parcel. Received another email from Hermes on Wed 10th that they had received my parcel. Then received another email on March 11th to say order delayed. Still waiting. Not very happy.

I have just recieved my order and its faulty - a smash bottle already smashed!!! It's for my Mum for mother's day and now it's too late to get a replacement!

Product I purchased is good and exactly what I wanted. However the website experience was awful. My first try took five attempts to order which failed, mostly at the payment stage. Then I got useful emails to say my basket was saved and did I want to complete: on trying to do this I got directed to anything but my basket, so failed again. I finally got my order but ringing and talking to a helpful operator. Good I thought and when I looked my purchase decided to get another one. Went on website and all worked well and I set delivery address to the recipient (birthday present), and sat back expectantly. Order acknowledgement had screwed up new delivery address, somehow combining part of my address with intended recipient. So parcel came to me and birthday missed. Conclusion website hopeless a s altogether too pink rather than operational. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN from Prezzybox
