Disgraceful service! Order was cancelled using the Irish Sea boarder as an excuse for their lack of preparation to provide a service to the British citizens of Northern Ireland. Appalling, disgraceful, amateur business! I will never be using this company again!

Received e mail asking me to give review but have not received order so a little bit difficult. Either ask for a review a little later or ensure customer received goods maybe a good idea

Terrible service...order confirmed, then an email from PayPal to say I was getting a refund. Emailed prezzybox to ask why order was cancelled, a week later no reply then get an email asking to review my order 😂🤷‍♀️

The item did not arrive. Even though I was assured it would arrive for my nieces special 60th birthday. I am now told it will arrive either this Saturday or Monday. And was told you will refund postage very disappointed with your company’s customer service

I selected to use this company as I was guaranteed a next day service to get a valentines card, this never arrived dispite me paying extra for the delivery and the info on the delivery stated a Saturday delivery, now I'm being advised since contacting customer service that I didn't select the correct delivery even though I paid extra money and have confirmation also on the website under the delivery I choice £6 stated next day Saturday delivery.

I ordered a gift for Valentine's Day and paid extra for it to arrive on 13th Feb. It failed to get here and still waiting on Monday 15th. Very disappointing service.

Over priced present!! Thought it was gonna be something special but no a standard toblerone with a second printed sleeve over top!!! Very disappointing especially for the price.
