With shopping options limited and the rapidly-approaching occasion of my wife's birthday, I needed to find something that met these criteria: 1 she hadn't got it 2 she would want it and 3 she wouldn't know about it or be able to guess it. Within a few minutes of finding your website, I had found exactly what I wanted (although I didn't know it!). It was delivered promptly and now awaits her approval. It is wrapped and hidden. I would, of course, mention WHAT it is but still have to keep it from prying online eyes. Many thanks,Prezzybox.com- this may well be the start of another great relationship!

Order placed accepted and paid for but then cancelled several days later as items are no longer being delivered to Northern Ireland which would have been useful to know before wasting my time ordering as now I have to find a replacement gift for a birthday elsewhere.

I ordered two mugs one arrived with outer box with prezzybox logo inside was a mug and gift box. The other one arrived in a white small cardboard box with addresses label stuck to it and the mug inside that’s it. When questioned why they were so different I was told they use other suppliers. Well I’m sorry that’s not good enough.

Delivery got lost over the Christmas period. The quality of customer service varied depending on who you spoke to. The first person was completely useless and was unable to resolve the issue; just told me to keep waiting. The second person was excellent; very apologetic, looked into the delivery for me and called me back to issue a re-order. Unfortunately, receiving the order 5 weeks after originally ordering it and well after Christmas left a sour taste in the mouth, and the first customer service rep helped sully their reputation. I won't be using Prezzybox again.

When the item arrived tge frame was broken on the corner, this was not done in transit as all the outer and in inner packaging was still very much intact so it must of been dropped during the packing process. Although I'm due to receive a replacement this was a present for someone and now I have to wait to give that person a late present because of this.

Despite me pointing out that the item purchased was a gift and I have not seen it, Pressybox.com don't seem to realise that the request for a review should go to the recipient Not the sender !
