Absolute rubbish! The presents were useless and not fit for purpose! It’s not as if they were cheap either, but they might have well have been! TAT!

Item was first delivered to the wrong house by hermes, arrived broken and then was refunded as they were out of stock a week before Christmas

Some of my purchases didn't turn up before Christmas some where refunded some weren't not overly impressed.on day of delivery Someone was in all day no one knocked or put a card through I had to go down to Depot next day

The package was so poorly packed dpd refused to deliver it because of damage. You company was informed and done nothing then went off on your holidays.and aren't answering any email. Great service

Very unimpressed so far. Ordered on 20th Dec, chose express delivery (presumably quicker than standard delivery 1-3 working days). Hermes alerted me on 21st that they are awaiting the parcel from Prezzybox and have not emailed since to say they have the parcel. Still no delivery on the 24th, so unlikely to be receiving this before Christmas Day.

My box was supposed to arrive yesterday. It didn't. Had a message from delivery company confirming they are waiting for it from prezzy box. You've sent me a review request before I've seen it.

Said on the website when I ordered on 18th that it would be delivered by Christmas so I specifically ordered off this website as it is an Xmas present and paid for Saturday next day delivery... product has still not arrived. Edit:Product arrived after Xmas. Delivery fee was refunded
