Still not delivered, hermes sent e mail saying I was not in yesterday ( I was in all day) they said they would try again today, no delivery yet, been here waiting again. Another day not delivered.

Absolutely awful. Part of the order was missing on delivery with the box half open. Called the customer service number and spoke with Lauren who said send an email with photos of the damaged box. No reply, no replacement offered and no solution. Will not be using Prezzybox again

Paid a hefty premium for fast delivery to ensure my Secret Santa parcel arrived on time.... expected Tuesday, now Thursday and still waiting. In fairness to Prezzybox this is more the fault of their selected Courier (Hermes).... but still. Can’t review the product as still not arrived so am having to go out today to do some last minute panic buying.

The lamp I brought is very very small compared to the photo and the part where you plug the lamp in comes in and out. Very rubbish quality. Will not be buying from prezzybox again.

Not happy with service at all. Even though I paid a deliver change for it to come early. Plus I have not received my order yet. I have plenty of notice and still was not able to cancel!!!!!!@
