Parcel arrived on time which was great - but the way it was packaged was atrocious considering it was fragile and yes you guessed it - it was broken when I opened the package.

I ordered the Gin Hamper. Very expensive , unpacked it to find hamper in bits and a tatty piece of tissue covering it. Nails sticking out of sides, made finger bleed. Far from happy, would like a returns label and full refund. I have order other bits, just hope they won’t be in such a bad state.

I have received an e mail and also a text saying that the package has been delivered but it hasn't. I have contacted YODEL who said has it been left at a neighbour's or in a safe place. As we are offices and have lots of neighbour's. Where do I start? How hard is it to deliver a package addressed to Passmore to a building with Passmore signage. As I haven't received the package then I have to rate Prexzzy box low as Prezzybox employ the couriers. Otherwise the speed of which it could have been delivered (if not left in a safe place or a neighbours) would have been good.

My item should have been delivered last Friday the 4th of December, I had an email from Hermes to say they would let me know when they have received the item, nothing from them yet. This is now Monday afternoon on the 7th of December, still nothing, not a happy customer.
