My order for socks was accepted, I showed my granddaughter what I had ordered and she was very excited to get them, around 5 days later I received an email telling me they were discontinued, she is extremely upset.

Order placed 14 nov paid £3.99 for delivery which still not delivered 24 nov.... chased twice with customer service, awaiting response! First time using Prezzybox.... won’t be using again! Very disappointed

My order still hasn’t arrived after saying it would be with me by the 19.11.20. I had purchases part of the gift as a present for my boyfriend who’s birthday is today so I will be very disappointed if it doesn’t arrive today!!

The box with two items arrived in pieces. A small piece of sellotape holding battered top and rest of flimsy box wrecked I took photographs before it fell to pieces in my porch. The contents are in reasonable condition. With decent packing would rate service as good. With awful packing would rate as very poor

Unfortunately I wouldn’t order from Prezzybox again. The packaging for the products I brought where squashed and some had come apart. They are Christmas presents that I am now having to find other holders for cause the current ones make it look like they were thrown around. I have done a lot of online ordering recently and this is the only retailer I have had problems with, which is a shame.

Ordered several items a few days ago, didn't get an email regarding any of them or any confirmation emails that I purchased them so was left in lingo wondering if the orders had even gone through or not.
