Items came all wet and even smashed up. Would like to get a refund. All boxes mashed up this is unacceptable.

Was told an item was out of stock a couple days after placing the order. Was annoying seeing as it’s a birthday gift for the same week. First time using, won’t be using again

My parcel was delivered today by Hermes. I received a message this afternoon to say the parcel was left in my porch but this could not be possible as our porch is locked. When I got home I found the parcel left outside by the front door and It was raining today as well. Hermes is the worst parcel delivery company ever. Myself, my friends and family have had so many bad experiences with them in the past and any company that uses them as a courier completely loses their reputation. Sorry prezzybox, no more orders from me or anyone I know.

Awaiting for goods to arrive. Revising my review as goods arrived in original packaging and no damage. When opened only had packaging for product! The box was empty!!! Really disappointed these things aren't checked before hand!!

Unfortunately, I haven't had the best experience so far. I never usually leave bad reviews but this was my first order with the company and the first delivery made by Hermes was empty. Yes empty. The box was unsealed so I am not surprised it was empty - clearly someone has take my items but to then have the cheek to deliver the box empty and cleared open is a joke! I have logged this issue with the team but have not heard back from anyone. I have another order on its way as part of the first order which is a high value item so I am extremely concerned as to what Hermes will do with this one. I don't think they are reliable delivery source at all but it is very concerning that Prezzy box send orders out that are not sealed properly.

Do not order from this company, either late delivery or doesn’t turn up at all. Very disappointed with the service how do I get a refund on undelivered goods

I received an email from yodel yesterday to say my order had been delivered and a signature was required I have not received my order and delivery driver is not answering or responding to my calls and messages

Please stop using hermes as a courier. My parcel arrived open and so damaged that I’ve had to ask for a replacement, which has delayed the whole order. Could be avoided if you used a courier that wasn’t notorious for mishandling packages.

Still waiting to receive my order! This was a birthday gift, which will now not be received on time. The estimated delivery date was 25 November, three days ago. It is now the end of the day on 28 November and my parcel is still sat at the delivery depot.Very dissatisfied with the service.

Very poor service. Bought on the 17th November. Monies for three items have been taken. Spoken to customer service via email last email sent on Thursday still no response and all items still not received. I await communication from prezzybox. Hopefully they see this and respond seeing there “awesome” customer service team can’t be bothered. Just to top it off these were for a special birthday which unfortunately for me as now passed.

Rubbish bath bombs, there's no smell to them and they just leave little black dots everywhere. You end up dirtier than when you entered the bath

From customer service I received this : Unfortunately we were out of stock of one of the items on your order and I can see a refund was issued to you in the form of a voucher as this was your payment method for the order I don't get it how those it fair that I have to pay for delivery twice the issues is with your reaction .Don't buy from this website or try to deal with them they just send you off bcoase they don't have something ....
