Very disappointed as i believed to be the full version as on the naked marshmallow website but it clearly is just a sample box so shouldn't be shown at the full price thats been reduced .

Item was a meter away from my locked gate so no idea how delivery person go it over without throwing it, box half opened and left out in the rain

I ordered my parcel and still waiting a week now for it still to be dispatched, when I first ordered it, i was told it would be delivered between 4-6th November and it changed up to the 10th once I ordered, it was a birthday gift and wasn’t too happy that I have no update still

Very quick to take my money but the courier refused to deliver the gift. When I contacted Prezzybox they just sent a bland e-mail saying it might take up to 72 hours to get back to me. Disgraceful service, never again. Stick to Amazon.

Terrible Company, celebrated 23 years with my partner and wanted a small thank you item to be delivered at my home on the day needed, payed for the item to be delivered on sat 31st oct. Never turned up, still waiting Nov 2nd. Absolutely Rubbish will never use this company again and will never recommend. DONT SAY YOU CAN DO SOMETHING WHEN YOU CANT. FUMING..

It took me quite a few attempts online to get through your page to order as wouldn’t let me view or amend delivery address as was using my mobile to order. Also my order placed was for a gift and it never asked me if a note could go on the gift saying who it was from so my friend didn’t know who gave her it. But disappointing if I’m honest and has put me off ordering through you again.
