It said next day delivery hence why I purchased this item as I needed it for a present the next day and 2 days late it’s still yet to be delivered. I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered on the 5th August and still havent got it on the 12th. One wouldn't think it would take that long for a card. I will go to moonpig in future

I’ve return my sign back it was completely wrong not heard anything from them or you have sent emails nobody has replied I’ve given this matter plenty of time I wont my money back or I will take this matter legally M F Quigley

Thing, flimsy and feels like it will break or become Baggy after a few uses. Really unimpressed for the price. My husband got 3x Adidas ones for just £5 more and these are much better quality. Very disappointed

product quality is not very high and appears cheapish. confusion in delivery, having selected next day and paid extra for it, the firm now informs me that only 1 of 5 products that I had bought had next day and other 4 items had standard delivery which was not the case at time of placing the order a delivery was for all the products not individual. Nice and smart way of firm being cheeky. I would not buy again from them or recommend them to anyone.

Bought a personalized chocolate bar for my friends 30th, was over £7 for chocolate plus delivery. Size of the chocolate bar is definitely not worth £5! Might as well have bought a large bar of dairy milk
