I feel quite bad giving you a low score because my problem has been sorted out but I received a parcel where all three things were either broken or damaged. There was a badly dented tin of biscuits, a leaking jar of jam and totally smashed hot chocolate balls. There was one tiny piece of bubble wrap in the box and everything was rattling around. I called and received an apology and the parcel is being re sent which I appreciate. I have photos if needed.

Products are without fault but delivery times and prices are ridiculous and not clearly explained. Birthday gift is now over 4 days late despite paying for special Saturday delivery.

I paid for Saturday delivery, placing my order on a Thursday so we’ll within the time required. It’s now Sunday evening and there is no sign of the parcel!

I ordered the strawberry and cream gift box valued at £14.99. To say it was not value for money is an understatement. For the goods I received I would not have £2 for let alone £14.99. There was a small box inside were 4 even smaller items that could have been in a dolls house they were that tiny. DO NOT buy this item

Very unimpressed. Ordered my husband a gift for our 10th wedding anniversary, only to receive an email the day before to say they were unable to fulfil my order but 'don't worry, we've refunded you'. Not much consolation when I didn't have a gift to give my husband on the day. No reason given. Shame, and probably won't use again.

I paid for a next day delivery as it was for a birthday 4 days on and still no order received, when I contacted the office I was told it couldn’t be tracked through Royal Mail, I suspect it has been sent as a standard delivery

Ordered a pressie for the wife to cheers her up NHS worker microbiologist who doing the testing. Ordered on the 22nd and still hasn't turned up on 26 June it was only a bottle of fizz and some chocolates - not happy at all

Ordered next day delivery for my elderly father for fathers day. The present hasn't turned up and delivery company lied about him not being at home - he is shielding as he has underlying health conditions and is 80 years old so clearly can't go anywhere! I can't comment on the quality of the present because it still hasn't turned up

First and last time that I will order from Prezzybox. Both gifts were scheduled to come before Father's Day. Nothing received, no email apologising for lateness, nothing!!!. Real let down!

Well.. i have placed the seeds in water to hydrate them before sowing(advice from Bonsai Growing Society) and to check if they are good seeds(germination viable) or empty shells. Unfortunately, after 24h (48 is max you can keep), not single sell has gone down on the bottom of glass, meaning all the ones left at surface being just empty cells. From all sachets, not even a single one has gone down. So from my experience..money wasted. I wouldn’t buy again honestly...
