It’s still not arrived and is now almost a week late, which isn’t great as it was a present for a 7 yr old.

Hi, Disappointed and a little dismayed at Prezzie Box experience. Ordered my wife's birthday card on Sat for delivery the following Wed/Thursday. No tracking notice, no card on either day it came a day later. On Thursday I contacted Prezzie Box and the lady said there must have been an issue with the tracking system or the mailing i.e.post office! I phoned this lady 3 times in a period of 3 hours! No idea what had gone wrong. It spoilt my day as every other member of my family managed to send cards and presents from moon pig etc with no problems. All ordered on the Sat before just like I did! I just felt so fed up with the service once I had made contact. It's appreciated that the cost was refunded, but birthday's only come once a year! I shall donate the refund to the NHS charities. Not a happy bunny........

Paid for Saturday delivery. It is now the following Monday and not received anything. Asked to review before I even have the product. While deliveries may take longer due to corona virus, Saturday delivery at an extra charge shouldn’t be an option unless it is really available. I paid extra because I needed it before today. Disappointed.

Bought it for my elderly mother who’s got the beginnings of dementia. Her memory is bad and I hoped she could use this pad to use daily to help her remember things, but I can’t get it to erase the sample I wrote. The few instructions that came with it says the screen can be locked ..says you can lock the screen by pressing beneath the erase button....not sure if this is what I did but now can’t erase the sample at all?? Very flimsy thing and to me, not fit for purpose!

The Hermes delivery man threw the box onto the floor ... This could have potentially broke the gift. I would consider changing your courier services. I will not be ordering from here again it's too much of a risk when ordering an expensive gift to then be potentially trashed on delivery.

Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered nearly £80 worth paying for Express Delivery in the hope of posting some of the items overseas either Thursday or Friday. They have my mobile number "in case there's a problem with the order" - nothing yet, they have my e-mail address, it seems that's so I can answer this review and tell them how wonderful they are. I have tried the tracking facility, it suggests the order hadn't even left the warehouse at close of business yesterday (29th). When will the order arrive? Why did I bother paying the extra? Is there such a thing as Customer Service? Now I find the review I was going to send goes via an unsecure connection...

I ordered Personalised Chocolates for Couples but there were some issues with the personalisation. I notified Prezzybox straightafter the order was placed and that there was an issue with the personalisation and this needed to be changed. Prezzybox acknowledged the notification and sent a message to their external partners. However, Prezzybox were not able to rectify this before it was dispatched. I understand due to T&Cs for personalised items, refunds cannot be carried out but Prezzybox could have offered a replacement at no cost to me due to Prezzybox failure to rectify the issue. Instead they have offered a replacement at cost price! From a customer service point of view, it has been very poor.
