Very disappointed in chocolate box. Had no idea was posted in hamper box. So ripped open!! Realised I had ruined the present. Over £30...chocolate had melted and remoulded. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.

Will not use again 20 bats of chocolate for Ā£38.98 , addresses to the wrong person and never got what I ordered . Checks on line and what I ordered was not what I got . Never even came in a Cadbury’s box . Not to worry you learn . We will just enjoy the chocolate .

Unfortunately the item arrived with another persons photo on it I am assuming they probably got mine, whilst customer service did respond quickly there did not seem to be much by the way of an apology the are sending out the correct item but now likely to miss my wedding anniversary

Not clear on delivery dates of item. Paid extra for next day delivery as said Saturday. Assumed was following day turned out to be following week and too late to change mind as processed order and taken payment. Again only notified after payment made and order processed.

Very poor, Ordered a gift for a friend on the 13th pf may her birthday was on the 15th it said estimate delivery was 14th-16th We are now on the 18th and she still hasn't received it.

Ordered for delivery on my son's 21st but an unnotified 24hr delay meant delivery was not made on the day and over 24hours later has still not been delivered. I shan't be using Prezzybox again.

I ordered these socks over 10 days ago for a birthday present and they still haven’t been delivered, the birthday has been and gone. I have received no updates about when they might arrive, very disappointed.

I ordered gardening gloves for my mother in law’s birthday which was supposed to be delivered in time for the 9th May. I only received an email yesterday 11th saying it’s out of stock. I’m very disappointed as not only did my mother in law not get a gift from me, I didn’t even have enough notice to get her something else in time for her birthday since the notification only came AFTER the delivery date was due. I really feel this could’ve been avoided with a bit more diligence. I’m unsure if I would use Prezzybox again at this point.
