Was told I'd get an email when the item was dispatched. I did not receive this. Was also told I'd get a tracking number to track the parcel once dispatched and I did not receive this either. Emailed prezzy box to ask them where the parcel was and they said it'd been dispatched and that's all. No further details or a tracking number. They didn't even say who it would be delivered by. Ver poor service

Would have liked to have given a nice review but unfortunately the gift hasn’t arrived and you haven’t answered my emails also not answering my phone calls. Can you please explain !!

Terrible, not had the parcel. Messaged to say wrong postcode added to order in error however no email back or help received. Hermes also no answers. Will not order again from this company

Paid extra 10 days ago for delivery to receive my item on the Saturday in time for my daughters birthday . I’m still waiting . Hasn't gone to courier yet Tried contacting them received a message telling me my name was invalid . Really not happy

Still have not received the popcorn, so far just message saying it been dispatched and will by delivered on 21 now 25 and still no popcorn just be honest.

Paid extra for next day delivery and still no sign of the gift turning up so honestly can't comment on whether the quality of goods or service was good. So far its not looking great.

I places an order on Sunday 19th April and paid extra for next day delivery. I had an email on Monday 20th saying my order had been dispatched. It is Wednesday now and nothing has arrived. Not good service
