Not happy at all with the service. Paid extra for item to be delivered on 17 April and as yet have not received it and it is 19 April! Why charge extra when you cannot guarantee the delivery date. This is a Birthday present so very unhappy.

No stars was sooo o disappointed paid extra for next day delivery it’s now the third day and still hasn’t been delivered ...emailed and had no response will deffo not be recommending 😡

As i placed my order on Thursday 16th April and paid for next day delivery, im not sure you would want me to write a review as my order still hasnt been delivered and most likely wont be till Monday now. If you are unable to deliver a service you should not be advertising it nor should you be charging extra for it. As my parcel hasnt been delivered yet i have only answered below as it wont submit if i dont.

I ordered this on the 9th of April and still not received yet 19th. I ordered this for my wife’s birthday. So very disappointed

I paid extra for next day delivery for my partners birthday on Thursday and it still hasn't arrived. Very disappointing considering it was in my plan to display the light for her in the morning.

Absolute rip off, cheap bottle of wine in a plastic bottle for £15.18, inc £3.99 shipping & I got $2.80 discount. Bought for husbands birthday. Arrived in cardboard package without any paperwork, some prezzy!

My order was a gift for my friends birthday. It was yesterday. The gift never arrived. I’ve had to chase the letterbox wine up twice. I don’t think I will be ordering again. Unless the gift arrives but after been told it was sent on the 10th. Unless it’s actually coming from Spain which I doubt I can see it taking 7 days to arrive. So I now have to get another gift an expense I cannot really afford after been out of work. If it does arrive then I will apologise but like I say Royal Mail are usually a reliable service.

I thought that a a growing cut would actually show how to trim and make it as it should although it has no info on how to trim and cut it. Didn’t find very helpful
