It's been 4 days now and no update when they will deliver my order, if they cant do it just let me know or prevent people from checking out orders!

I placed an order and subsequently asked for it to be cancelled. I was informed that it was too late to cancel, this was fair enough but I asked for the item to be delivered to a different address. I also phoned and spoke to someone who said that the message had been received and the address had been changed. The item has just been delivered to the original address. Very angry about this and won’t be ordering anything again from this company
