I placed an order and paid for it to be delivered next day (Friday 20th March). There is no information on the tracking for this order and it still hasn't been delivered. Additionally the order was supposed to be personalised which hasn't been able to happen. If I wanted a non personalised bottle of gin I would've just gone to a shop and bought one without waiting now 5 days for it to be delivered.

Not impressed and most certainly wont be using them again. Ordered my parcel Friday morning, payed £5.99 for next day Saturday courier delivery. Now Monday morning and it’s not even with my courier yet. Not happy with it at all.

Paid for next day Saturday delivery before 9am on a Friday and still has not arrived by the Monday. Mother’s Day gift missed so going to have to return it straight away

I didn’t receive it and every time I track that parcel it says it will be on the move on the next 24 hours but that is going on for over week
