I ordered a star wars mug for a birthday gift from prezzybox.com when arrived it was all smashed up with the packaging extremely poor as the mug had been placed in a plastic bag with no protection when I contacted prezzybox.com they requested a photo with no explanation they then offered a replacement or refund when I requested both they declined so I opted for the refund very disappointed with this site considering the postage fee I had to pay for the mug to be delivered all smashed up.

My prodoct was A good quality, but the packaging and the representation was an absolute joke. I got my product wrapped in my bill. I think you gotta fix this or at least make a plastic zip bags, because I was really disappointed

Ordered a gift for my partner for Valentine’s Day on the Wednesday. I paid extra for next day delivery. Valentine’s Day was Friday. It’s now Saturday evening and I still haven’t got it. Ruined everything for me. extremely disgruntled. Ruined it not only for me but my partner too!!!

Would love to be able to review this book but it is difficult as I have not even received it yet and despite several attempts I can not find out when it is going to be delivered. So it is likely that even though delivery was supposed to be before 25th December that someone is going to be without their special present!!!

Thought this might be a good idea for a funny valentines gift, ordered it a week before, on the Friday, they didn't dispatch it until the following Wednesday. Seeing as I'm paying £12 plus £4 in postage for a jar of Marmite that costs £2.50 in store I'd expect a little more urgency to help facilitate getting the item before said date. It's angered me because I now have to go out and find something else, just because they couldn't be bothered to process an order quicker. And before you state that they have thousands of items to send daily, well then get more staff in, make the fact it will take five days to post it more prominent on the website, or get a quicker printer, because surely it's just printing a sticker for a jar which you should already have in stock. It also says 2-3 days to dispatch (NOT WORKING DAYS) so therefore should have been dispatched earlier. At the very least communicate with the customer, it was advertised as a funny valentines gift, if you then realise it's not going to arrive before valentines day because it took you FIVE DAYS to dispatch, then just tell the customer. Your lack of communication smacks of hiding something you knew to be true. If it wasn't in stock and you had to wait, let them know, so they can cancel the order or choose something else. Update your website to state that product has to be ordered in. I have wasted £16 on a present which will not arrive in time, and now have to go out and buy something else to compensate and now look like I'm a dick that doesn't care enough to think ahead and order something. I will never use prezzybox again and will tell all my friends and followers not to use them as it's just a complete farce from start to finish.

I have been chasing an order which was dispatched on the 6th Feb. The first person I spoke to sounded completely disinterested. The second one slightly more helpful but I have still not heard back from my call chasing an item which is a Valentines gift.

Didn't give me proper information for ordering in Northern Ireland.. Didn't inform me that item would not be delivered on correct day. Said they should have informed me about this and would refund order before it arrived. Order arrived now gotta send it back
