Awful customer service take payment for orders then don’t send them Then ignore any queries I have referred this as fraud to my local police force and to trading standards and to the daily mail If you don’t refund me by 1 st Jan 20 u will be taken to court

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order with us on the 20th on a Saturday delivery - Unfortunately this was after our 4:30pm cut off time. We explained this to you via email and your order was cancelled and refunded in full on the 30th. Thank you,

Delivery was suppose to be Christmas Eve but package arrived Saturday 28th Dec. I should have some refund.

So 13 days after ordering my gift I have yet to see it, so I can't really leave a review on the product, because the product has not arrived, ETC was 23-25, it's currently 29th and no goods.

Needed the presents for Boxing Day to give to family we are not going to see again for a while, they were table presents. Delivered on 27th at 4.30pm, useless.

Very disappointing. Estimated date specified for delivery was 24 December 2019 but still not arrived at 27 December 2019. Nothing about this kind of delay was obvious when placing the order other than the delivery date stated as "estimated". I can't get through on the telephone number and when I tried to send an online complaint the system stated "Whoops! Order no unrecognised" although I was able to track the order using the same number on the system.

The presents never arrived! Today is Xmas day and I have noticing to give my husband! I should of ordered from amazon as everything ordered arrived. Even stuff ordered after this order!! Would never use or recommend again- terrible! Rang customer service but they were closed
