Honestly don’t bother using! Ordered an items ages ago for Christmas and it’s still not arrived!! I would be staying well clear of this site! Christmas ruined! Why promise delivery for Christmas then not deliver? Stay well clear!

No communication about an order that was very late, and had to pay for delivery as well! Not sure I'd order from them again, the gift looks good though but it was a present so cant' comment on that.

I placed an order on Friday 20th December before 2pm and paid extra for delivery next day. I did not receive my parcel, I called today Monday 23rd December and was told that my parcel was out for delivery and would be there before 12. No parcel came, was given a DPD tracking number which doesn’t exist and DPD have no record or a parcel being sent from Prezzybox to my adress. Prezzybox has no idea where the parcel is and have reordered my items for tomorrow’s delivery, now I’ve received an email to say one of my items is now out of stock. This is absolutely disgusting service. How can you loose someone’s order that was supposed to be a Christmas present and then you can’t fulfil the order any way because you have no stock. I took a chance on ordering something from a company that looked appealing but now I wish I hadn’t. I won’t be ordering again, I feel really let down by this

The shopping experience online was fun and there are a lot of interesting products. Unfortunately when it comes to the delivery, I am incredibly disappointed as I paid an additional fee to ensure that I received the products I brought before Christmas but sadly they have not arrived. I will now not be able to give some members of my family gifts on Christmas Day. I appreciate that the courier service, Hermes is to blame but I’m still very upset by this situation.

Have yet to receive my items. Nothing done. Nothing received. Paid extra to receive by tomorrow but haven’t. Had to buy from another supplier. Will not buy again until they change courrier.

The gifts were fine, the delivery expensive and disappointing. The parcel was left in our box at the side of the house but the delivery was too big for the box. Hence, as it was pouring with rain, the parcel was soaked through and one of the gifts, a book, was completely ruined. Surely in view of the weather, the parcel could have been left with a neighbour? There was no card through the door either. I would not order again.

Paid for next day delivery and never received my presents for my parents for Christmas. I purposely ordered for next day as i was traveling to london for Christmas that evening at 8pm and now i have nothing.

What Cushion????? How can I review an item I never received? I now have to go shopping for a Christmas present for a friend I’m seeing tonight as can’t rely on it arriving today. The delivery stated latest 19th December. Customer services can’t even confirm when it will arrive and just say it’s in high demand. The product should have been taken off the website if demand was about to get too much for the supplier!!! I reckon there’s going to be a few unhappy people this Christmas😢

It’s been a few days since the estimated delivery date and I haven’t even received a shipment confirmation yet. Contacted customer service but instead of checking with their partner the exact status of my order, I got a generic apology without any details of when the order will be fulfilled.

Havent recieved 2 of 3 items ordered! Was promised Christmas delivery thats now not happening! Have sent 3 emails had no reply! Have taken my money though! Very very disappointed. Will not use you again!!
