I used Prezzybox and overnight premium delivery for an important birthday gift. The birthday came but the gift didn’t, despite my tracking, calling and emailing. I really wanted to support something other than Amazon Prime but it really ruined a special occasion to try prezzybox, sadly. They use Hermes for delivery.

Brought this for my brothers 40th birthday 12 days ago. He has now been 40 for a week and still no sign of the gift.

I am not happy with my order. Even after specifically saying it's for my friend ND giving her address , the gift was not delivered to her. Not happy with the service.

I’m disappointed with the cookie because the message I wrote when I booked was ‘happy birthday Bhavu’ however on the cookie it was written wrong and I didn’t receive a card with it.

The parcel did not arrive on time. Considering that this company is dedicated to the gift industry is pretty annoying and disappointed when the gift does not arrive on time.

They promised the t shirt would be delivered by 24th December and 4 days later I’m still waiting. Very unreliable company and I won’t be using them ever again

Paid for express delivery and order was not posted on time.. I had to ring up to find out where it was as the recipient did not receive it and was told it would have to be chased up from the partner company and I would not have an answer until the following day... really very disappointed! Especially having paid £6 extra for postage!!

Hi, I was happy with my purchase, however very unhappy with the delivery! It was a Christmas present and was due to arrive 19/20th December, so I ordered with enough time. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until 29th of December... Quite a few days after Christmas

Product itself looks nice and good quality, however the company are unreliable and false advertise. You can't write on a product it's guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and then not receiving it till the 28th. I ordered on the 15th December with arrival expected 18th-20th, the product didn't even get dispatched till the 21st after I had to contact the seller regarding where my product was. Paying £4 postage for an item that arrives late and not by the mentioned time on the site is dreadful. Shop elsewhere for this product if you like the look of it.

Really poor service, should have been delivered last week and I'm still waiting. Contacted customer services and they advised they would check where my order is and I'm still waiting for them to reply. This was a birthday gift and now unlikely to arrive on time...very disappointed
