Gift ordered on next day delivery and arrived late. Item was a gift and did not arrive in time. No refund given on next day delivery charge.

Absolutely useless, ordered a load of presents as a secret santa, paid extra for speedy delivery to make sure they turned up on time. On the day of secret santa called up to chase as I had still not received anything only to be told they wouldn't arrive in time. At no point did anyone think to get in touch to say they wouldn't arrive on the date I had paid for.

In searching for a Secret Santa gift i found Prezzybox. Ordered the items on Tuesday and to my pleasure i got a dispatch email Tuesday evening with delivery due Wed or Thurs. This was ideal because i needed it for Friday for our Christmas / end of year staff party. However when the parcel did not arrive Thurs , i checked the tracking - only to find that Hermes were stating they had not received the parcel from the sender. Basically the parcel is not going to arrive in time for the staff party and the whole experience was rather a waste of time. You failed me , because had i known it would be more than 2 days delivery i would have paid the extra (next day). Try using a reliable courier for your business.

First time ordering. Paid for next day and it still hasn’t arrived. I had to go out and buy another present!!!! After speaking to the team yesterday they advise that you are having issues with your courier. If this is the case you should be removing the next day option from your site. Your employee advised that they would cancel my order, but I have had no notification that this has been done.

Delivery predicated to be 17/18 December. It’s now 19 and not Ben with the courier! Present no longer needed as I’ve had to source an alternative.

I ordered from this site partially because the delivery given was 19/12 as my company’s secret Santa was the next day. The gift did not arrive when it said it was going to be delivered, so I had to go out and buy another gift. NOT HAPPY

My parcel has not arrived yet and has gone over expected delivery date. I placed my order with as you could deliver it on the date I need it for and now I have had to get something else.
