Not delivered and no information on why or when they will be delivered or whether £8 delivery charges will be refunded. Courier web site does not allow update to be asked and prezzie box are unable to help. Doubt I will order from them again

Hi Steven, I can see by your order that 2 different teams members have responded to both your emails, that you sent in please check your emails and respond back if you have anymore questions about your order.   Your order was due to arrive today. I apologise for the delay however this is being delivered by royal mail and they are experiencing some delays as it is the busiest time of year for them. Kind regards Prezzy Box

Paid for next day delivery and it’s now been three days and my items still hasn’t turned up. Completely pointless and waste of time buying the present as it was to be used for secret Santa in work

Poor customer service have spent £30 on an item and it has not arrived. I have had no response to 3 separate emails asking for help. Shocking experience and won’t use again if this doesn’t get sorted.

As your order comes from one of our external partners, we do have to request a photograph of the damage/fault for their records.
