I paid for next day courier service. Hermes automated system shows they have the order and their phone system reports they will deliver it within the next 3 working days. it is supposed to be delivered today. this is poor control over the delivery which, for a web based company is pretty much the critical part of the whole thing

Came quickly.but Picture very bleached out, very faded..the original pic i sent did not need to be bleached out like it is..seen far better

If there was a 0 star rating I would have chose that. Purchased Peter rabbit book ends which were supposed to be personalised with what I choose. Delivery came and not personalised. First time ordering from this site and I won’t ever ever

I ordered something to be delivered today and received confirmation that it's bein delivered next Saturday. Emailed to try and raise issue but no response. Now my family member is without a present!! Not impressed

I was supposed to get a notification that it had been dispatched and I didn’t so i couldn’t let my sister know it was coming, now it’s sitting in the post office for collection which she can’t get to as she doesn’t drive. Also it was supposed to fit in the letterbox? So today’s my nephews birthday and part of my gift hasn’t arrived. Rubbish. Won’t be ordering again, waste of money.

Rang to inform you that I needed to change my address of where I needed the order to go , which you did but unfortunately my order went to the billing address and not the delivery address so I am not very happy and am now missing a Christmas gift, if this could be rectified and a new gift sent to the correct address I would be very grateful. Well considering I still haven't received the aftershave I have paid for, the delivery date was for 2nd-4th November and the number to call is says it’s busy then just tells you to leave your details and you don’t hear back. I have brought it for a present which is is tomorrow let’s see when/if it turn up. Not a great experience so far
