Ordered on Thursday for next day delivery..... Still waiting for it 5 days later. No reply to emails I sent, and no information when order is tracked. This was to be a gift so very disappointed... Did speak to someone today who offered a refund, so good customer service there. But Hermes didn't deliver on time

Ordered a present and paid for next day delivery on Thursday.... Still waiting for its arrival. I've emailed but had no reply at all..... Will not be ordering again... Very disappointed

I have emailed twice now and still no reply, my order is still not here when it says it was despatched on the 6th Sept. I wont be ordering from these again.

Nothing wrong with the products themselves, haven’t received one due to the order being sent back to yourselves (I had to follow this up as your company did not update me and would not have known if I did not mention). I have since been told I would have to pay another £3.99 for re delivery. For someone that has worked in customer services for over 10 years, unfortunately I will not be using Prezzy Box in the future nor will I be recommending your company.

On this occasion your order was sent to the address you provided, unfortunately the address provided was incomplete and the order was returned to us by the Royal Mail, we contacted you on the 9th September and have resent to your new address free of charge. They don’t tell you that next day courier delivery does not apply if the item is bought on the weekend, now I have a birthday present getting to my partner a day late and I paid extra for next day.

Pretty awful. I paid extra for next day delivery, here we are 24 hours later and I don’t even have the order tracking confirmation email never mind the product. Poor.

I haven’t received my order! I only purchased because it promised 1/2day delivery. It was a present for my daughters birthday from her nephew (7) It should’ve been delivered no later than last Friday. It’s now Wednesday the following week, no contact and no apology! I won’t be ordering from here again. I should’ve at least been contacted!

I felt very excited to have found a gift I considered perfect for a birthday. I felt very enthusiastic to have it shipped immediately! The process was very straight forward and easy yet, despite paying for next day delivery, the gift did not make it on time. In the shipping info box it was mentioned delivery date August 9. It's August 29, still no sign of the delivery...This order was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for someone I love very much...So, ok,deliveries can get delayed, etc, that can happen but 'm feeling disappointed that I received no replies to my messages enquiring where the shipment is. If I had known that it's delayed, I would've made different arrangements...Do lack of communication alone, no matter the situation, constitutes very very poor service to me. Although there are many beautiful gifts on this site, some extremely unique, I will certainly not recommend this service as I no longer trust you can actually deliver your promises. Zero customer satisfaction here...unless the gift makes it to its intended recipient by 8 pm today, August 10...doubt it...perhaps this is a ghost site...that can happen too, sadly... MG
