“I have just tried to send you a message on your website as follows:- Yesterday I raised an order on your website for a pearl bracelet but it wouldn't let me complete it. I had to change the delivery address to my greatgrandaughter and wanted to make sure the billing address was to me at Brome in Suffolk. Please ca you confirm the order was accepted as I have had no confirmattion or order number and I wanted her to received this gift today on her birthday. I am so disappointed. Thank you.”

“I used the discount code straight away from VOXI that allowed me to get a free bottle. The code did not work and it took the full payment for the bottle. I haven’t been able to cancel the order since then and have now payed £18.98 for nothing. I sincerely hope I can get a full refund including postage. Many thanks, Chris”

“All I wanted to do was make a few edits to a Birthday Card Template and send for my brother's 60th Birthday. It took me several attempts to create the card, because the website kept freezing and losing the edits. Then when I was finally ordered, it took over 4 days for it to be delivered, arriving late.
