Hello, We are sorry to see your 1 star review and that you expected your water bottles to be different. However if you take a look on the website at the product photos and description, these water bottles do not include the compartment to store fruit in. Hi Victoria Sorry just seen this review after replying to your original one, I thought you had already received it with no photo on! Sometimes personalisations won't show up in confirmation emails to customers depending on the supplier, from what I can see there is a photo there! So you should be absolutely fine, I did think it would have been really strange for them to send out a cushion with no photo! Any issues let us know. Prezzybox

Item says despatched within 1-2 days. Ordered on the Monday and it’s Thursday and still no despatch notification. Email confirmation says a longer lead time that is at odds with the website. Gift has missed my anniversary at the weekend as a result. Not on.

It's Saturday 1st June; I order and pay for next day delivery. It says that you will DELIVER on the next working day; that's MONDAY! I just received notification your estimated delivery date is TUESDAY!! Tuesday is no good, my daughter's birthday is Monday, which is why I used this service in the first place. I could have sent a card and present using Royal Mail, but chose you because you said you could deliver on the NEXT WORKING DAY!! No explanation will be good enough to explain this.

Very dissapointed. Advertised village hotels but when trying to book. The hotel chain is no available. False advertising.

The product was small and thin, with only the 3 stories in. I paid £20 roughly and was devestated with how small it was, The quality wasn't bad, pages very thin

Delivery states 2-4 working days. Require for Saturday which is 4 days away yet actual delivery date is 20th-22nd May which is 5-7 days away Massively disappointed, will now need to buy another gift for the occasion

The worst service I have ever had it took 4 days to arrive to late for the birthday present I wanted it for. I paid the highest level of postage for next day delivery bet I won't get a refund. Will not use the company again.

Hi Julie As explained on your previous 1 star review regarding this, your order was placed on a Saturday, your order was not fulfilled until the next working day which was Tuesday (Monday being bank holiday) to then be delivered on next day delivery which was yesterday. I ordered a gift for a friend's birthday and purposely chose the next day delivery at extra cost. As such, I was expecting it to arrive today. This has not happened. According to your email it was shipped, however, Hermes' tracking states that they are still waiting to receive it. Not impressed so far

Hello! As your order was placed on a Saturday, this order would not have been fulfilled until the next working day, which usually would have been Monday, but as this was a bank holiday this week this meant the order was not fulfilled until Tuesday, for next day delivery today. We are sorry that the estimated delivery date did not update to honour bank holiday, but we hope this makes sense and are happy you have now received your item.
