It never came. They said it was despatched and it never came. They didn't give any tracking code either, despite saying that would be given on despatch.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding my order. This is the first time I have used Prezzybox, I liked the look of your website and the gifts that you had available. I ordered in good time for Mother's Day and after seeing an email saying my order had been dispatched, I thought it had been delivered. I have since found out my mother was left without any mother's day gift and have had to chase you for any reply. I have now been told that gift is out of stock and I am being left with nothing at all. Please immediately refund my money including delivery! I am very disappointed to be offered a 5 pounds gift voucher for your website. I do not think this compensates for my mother being left without as gift and no one even letting me know. I had to ask her, as you can imagine this is upsetting and embarrassing for me. regularly order online and have never just been left without anything delivered and no notification. I will be completing online reviews of your service detailing and explaining exactly what happened and the service that you feel you are able to offer. I don't think a 5 pounds gift voucher would get me any sort of replacement for the 22 pounds gift that never arrived and I will now have to spend at least that or more on another website to make up for the fact that nearly 2 weeks after mother's day my mother has no gift. Based on the service I have received to date, I will not be using your website again or recommending it to any of my friends or family. I also didn't receive particularly helpful or pleasant customer service on the phone when I rang on 11am Tuesday 9th April. Very disappointed indeed!! 

Hi Catherine, Thank you for your feedback and once again, we're very sorry that your order didn't arrive and we were unable to send another for you. I can see that both my colleague and the Customer Service Manager emailed you on the 9th April offering a full refund for the order, which was also actioned for you on the 9th. We also offered you the option to exchange your order for an item of the same cost, so that you were not left without a gift to give. My colleague explained to you during your telephone call that we were happy to refund the full value of the order, along with offering a £5 voucher, to which you declined. You also declined my colleagues offer to explain our refund process to you. Once again, we're very sorry that you were let down on this occasion, however please rest assured that a full refund has been actioned and our Customer Service Manager will be in touch shortly to confirm this again for you. Ordered my mum a mother's day gift and selected next day delivery, it said if I ordered before 3pm I would have it on Friday. My email confirmation I got then said I wouldn't receive it until Monday. I emailed customer services and didn't get a reply for 2 days, not a great service to a new customer at all

Not very happy at all. Ordered a gift on Wednesday next day delivery £6.99! The parcel arrived on Monday after emailing me Thursday saying it had been dispatched so was expecting Friday at the very most Saturday. Why give this option if you can’t follow through?
