Item was bought as a present and when it’s arrived it’s all smashed/broken in various places. As it is a gift I am not happy. I emailed (as stated to do so on website) and have so far received no response.

I ordered the personalised key ring with a photo. Key ring quality was fine but the photo of three of us was all squashed up! NOT HAPPY!! They should show what the actual photo should look like in the key ring. I want my money back 😡

Parcel wasnt delivered on time for mothers day. Disappointed to say the least. Let's you pay before giving a delivery date

All I can say is the item was delivered on time as paid for however the item was extremely disappointing.....I’d like to think the supplier would rate any item they sell on their site beforehand.... it’s dire......

Ordered 2 items 5 days before Mothers Day, one arrived and one did not. Can't fault the quality of the item I received but disappointed the other one didn't arrive in time.

Bought my mum a Mother’s Day gift and had it delivered straight to her. I wanted it to be a surprise. It was a surprise to see she had received a completely different gift to what I had ordered. To make it worse, another person hasn’t received a birthday gift (as it was personalised) I have sent a message on twitter. But I’ve had no reply. I’m not impressed and I would really like the mug I ordered sent out to my mum! I’ve redacted the picture attached however the non edited one is sent to you on twitter.

Brought a personalised picture frame but the writing was very feint, so much so I had to buy a permanent marker to go over the writing, if I did not need it for a Mother's Day gift I would have sent it back. Very dissatisfied, will not be purchasing anything from Prezzybox again.

I ordered a small gift to suprise my Mum for Mothers Day. She doesn't live near me so i use you to send gifts. When i got to the section that say's fill in here if delivery address is different to purchasing address i put my mum's address in so she could recieve the gift in time for Mothers Day and you have sent it to me, it's just arrived, Saturday morning, which means i now have no chance of getting it to my mum on time. This is just a real lack of attention to detail and obviously i am not too happy.

The slush cup and cherry flavour syrup was a let down. The cherry flavour resembled non of what an actually shop bought slush puppie does...the flavour is weak no matter how much syrup -

I ordered from this site as I wanted a different gift for my daughter for her 21st. I purchased a balloon bouquet, estimated delivery was 21st to the 25th March but no delivery. My daughters 21st was the 25th March so no gift was not happy and this was their response .............. (copied from the email) Hello, The supplier have contacted me back, he sends his sincere apologies, there has been a delay in sending orders out due to a family death, he sent your order out this morning to arrive tomorrow morning for you. Kind regards I will definitely not be using again or recommending !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
